This gorgeous 102 year old heritage home was still showing it original paint job and timber staining from all that time ago. Being 102, the age of the property was showing and the project required a full rebuild from lath & plaster repairs, wallpaper removal, level 5 finish on all the walls, plus everything in-between.
What We Used
For all exposed timber we used a Haymes enamel undercoat with two coats of Resene Lustacryl Semi-gloss waterborne enamel to finish. The interior walls and ceilings were primed with Resene Quick Dry as an undercoat and finished with two coats of Resene Spacecote. in low sheen for the walls and Spacecote Flat for the ceiling.
